AFFAIRE VARG : RIEN A DECLARER !

Le Norvégien d'extrême-droite Varg Vikernes ne sera probablement pas expulsé. Une commission composée de trois magistrats de Corrèze a rendu un avis défavorable à son expulsion.

L'intéressé a reçu notification de l'avis de cette commission saisie par le ministère de l'Intérieur dans le cadre d'un projet d'expulsion ce mercredi 18 septembre a précisé Me Julien Freyssinet, son avocat.

Il ne présente pas de danger pour "la sûreté de l'Etat ou la sécurité publique", selon des extraits de la décision mis en ligne sur le blog de l'intéressé.

Selon ce texte, "aucun élément du dossier ne caractérise un comportement personnel représentant une menace réelle, actuelle et suffisamment grave pour un intérêt fondamental de la société".
