On y croyait plus mais voilà qu'après cinq années de silence, ABSU reprend du service avec un nouveau line-up. Proscriptor McGovern : chant, batterie ; Vastator Terrarum : guitares, basse, programmation et backing vocals et Aethyris MacKay : guitares, basse, programmation et backing vocals (non, non y'a pas d'erreur). Mon Seigneur McGovern annonce également un nouvel album sobrement titré "Absu" qui sortira chez Osmose / The End vers juin 2008. A signaler que Proscriptor parle du futur album comme de la continuité de "Tara" avec de nouvelles textures progressives et psychédéliques inspirés de seventies.
