" Bloodthorn’s fourth studio album titled “Genocide” will be out jan./feb. 2006! Recorded in Godt Selskap Studio in our hometown Trondheim “Genocide” will be the first Bloodthorn album featuring guitarist Ihizahg (ex Perished, Wurdulak and live guitarist for Mayhem). He’s been workin with us for several years now and wrote a good deal of the material on the new album which will be the heaviest and most extreme Bloodthorn album to this day.
The album will as 2001’s “Under the Reign of Terror” be out on Red Stream Inc. (US/World), but a licensing deal for Europe has been penned with newly started Mornignstar Records (distributed through Plastic Head). This will surely ease and improve the availability of the album for our European fans. "
