Après un extrait classique puis acoustique, SWALLOW THE SUN (Melodic Doom/Death - Finlande) dévoile un 3ème morceau de son triple nouvel album, "Songs From The North I, II & III", prévu pour le 13 novembre chez Century Media.

Il s'agit du titre 'Abandoned by the Light' en écoute dans le détail de la news.
Cette fois-ci, le groupe présente un extrait de "Songs From The North III", le disque plutôt orienté funeral doom.

Chaque album aura en effet pour rappel les caractéristiques suivantes : le premier sera dans une veine traditionnelle pour le groupe, le deuxième entièrement acoustique et enfin le troisième verra Swallow the Sun plonger dans le funeral doom.

L'enregistrement des successeurs de "Emerald Forest and the Blackbird" (2012) s'est fait avec Juuso Raatikainen (Heathen Hoof, ex-Gian) à la batterie, le batteur Kai Hahto (Trees of Eternity, Wintersun) étant durant toute cette année 2015 en tournée avec Nightwish.
