TEN a écrit :It is with heavy heart and sincere regret that we write to inform you all TEN will no longer be appearing at the All Star Fest in Antwerp next weekend.
Our travelling fan base means the world to us but in this situation the show has become unplayable for the band.
We have given the organisers ample opportunity to make good on the terms of their own contract, but regrettably they have not made good on any of the commitments they made to TEN in that document.
We purchased our flights shortly after signing the contract to appear at the show, and therefore the origins of our commitment and the intent to appear at the festival cannot be in doubt. We were looking forward to playing and had completed a full schedule of rehearsals to be ready for the show.
Earlier this week we wrote to All Star expressing uncertainty over the lack of arrangements and in particular serious concerns over the non-payment of certain contracted payments due to us as far back as September. To date Ten have not been paid anything at all.
There have also been no hotel booking confirmations or internal travel arrangements forthcoming.
We issued a deadline stating that unless these payments were made by close of business on November 17th, then Ten would not be appearing at the festival.
There has been no satisfactory movement and our fees remain unpaid.
Transparency and honesty with our travelling fans is paramount to us.
Some we know have already purchased flights and tickets, so we do not make this decision lightly.
There is a huge cost involved in bringing a touring party into Europe and unfortunately an appearance of this kind relies very much on the contracted terms.
We have been stretched beyond the limits of what we can reasonably accept in good faith and for these reasons we will not be appearing at the festival.

CAUGHT IN ACTION a écrit :It is with heavy heart we write to inform you that, due to personal reasons, Caught in Action won't be playing at the All Star Fest in Antwerp next weekend. We are immensely disappointed as we were looking forward to our very first appearance outside Sweden's borders very, very much, and of course to share a stage with some of this planet's best bands.
We were ready to give it ALL for you!!
We hope to see you all soon. You are the reason that we make music - just to get those short moments when we meet!
